How does character swap work?

What happens if I run out of credits?
You won't be able to create new generations until your credits reset on your next billing date. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for more credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, your credits are adjusted right away. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between SD and HD video?
